Some weeks ago, we released the Understanding X.PLUS Ecosystem course on our platform, where learners would be able to learn about XPLUS, and earn the WKD token.
Since the end of the token, and the eventual commencement of withdrawal, members of the community has been wondering why they haven’t received their token.
This article will explain the reason why.
1. Earnathon is designed in such a way that you will have to enter your wallet address or UID manually every time you want to initiate a withdrawal.
2. Entering wallet addresses or UIDs comes at the end of the course. This was to ensure learners have the option of holding the tokens either in the Earnathon platform or having it in their own wallet, thus a withdrawal is imperative to make this happen.
3. If you have not received your tokens, then you may have not done any of these:
a. Signup on https://x.plus to get your User ID (UID).
b. Login to Earnathon, and try to withdraw your X.PLUS WKD token by inputting the UID in the field provided and clicking to withdrawn.
c. Withdrawn tokens will be credited to your wallet on https://x.plus
d. There are some individuals who initiated withdrawals by inputting their wallet addresses, and other characters other than the UID. That wasn’t what was required. They will have to initiate the withdrawal again to receive their tokens.
We understand you wish to have your earnings withdrawn, so please follow the step above, and you will be credited with your earnings.
